Capsule doesn't seem to have 16 peristome teeth but the seta is carrying the capsule about the plant.

Not 100% sure on this one. Could be the other Eristalinus but there seems to a hairy fuzz over the eyes and
I think the dull patches along the central axis of the abdomen are making an appearance.
Also this is an inland site.
